Q. How do I connect my compressor fridge to the EC155 system

A. The EC155 does not have an output for this type of fridge, these should be connected directly into the leisure battery via an appropriate cable/fuse arrangement. The EC155 only provides an output of a 3 way fridge to supply 12v to the element whilst the vehicle is in motion.

Q. Both the battery LEDs are flashing blue when I start the engine

A. This is a normal operation and shows that the engine has been started and the system has engaged the split charge and EMC (electro magnetic compatibility) relays.

Q. The middle battery levels LED is flashing orange when I start the engine?

A. This is a normal operation and shows that the engine has been started and the system has engaged the split charge and EMC (electro magnetic compatibility) relays.

Q. Can I connect a solar panel to the system?

A. The EC155 does not have a solar input, however you can install a solar system independently of the EC155 by using a separate regulator and connecting this directly to the battery.
