Has the unit had any prior non-Sargent repair or modification? If yes then please detail the changes:
Is the unit water damaged? If there are any indications of water damage please DO NOT proceed with your repair order.

Description

We will repair any AS300/AS310 Sargent Alarm System control box, replacing any faulty or defective parts and then undertake a full functional test before returning the unit.

All components changed will have a year's warranty.

Please note that the repair does not include the replacement of the Battery, PIR detectors or Key Fob controllers. If these are found to be faulty you will be offered the option to purchase new components to go with your repair.

The item can be collected by our courier service by requesting this at the checkout. When removing the alarm from the van, you can contact the technical support department on 01482 678981 for any assistance required.

Please ensure the alarm is sent back as a complete unit with the keyfobs and PIR (movement sensor).
