Product Description

We will repair most Sargent Power Supply Units, replacing any faulty or defective parts and then undertake a full electrical test before returning the unit. Please note that the repair does not include any cosmetic damage to the casing.

All components changed will have a year's warranty.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL UNITS ARE PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-WORK DAMAGED UNITS

The item can be collected by our courier service by requesting this at the checkout. When removing the power supply unit from the van, you can contact the technical support department on 01482 678981 for any assistance required.

Should you have a problem with the charging function in an EC440 or EC445 then please contact our Technical Department on 01482 678981 prior to placing your order.

Lead time

2-3 WEEKS FROM RECEIVING THE ITEMS

Please ensure that the corners of the unit are protected as these are likely to be affected if there is damage. Try and use suitable packaging materials as we can not be held responsible for damage caused in transit.

The service being second to none, the unit was collected on day arranged and returned… The service being second to none, the unit was collected on day arranged and returned repaired in about eight days. I have not had time to fit the unit in the caravan but assume the unit will work as expected. Very happy with the excellent service.
